    WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    • We currently accept PayPal, and all forms of credit/debit cards.

    WHO SHIPS ALL OF OUR ORDERS?

    • USPS and DHL ship all of our orders. They make it very easy to ship all of our order relatively quick.  We offer free US shipping on orders over $49.99.  We have priority and priority express available. Cost will be based on how large your order is.

    DO WE SHIP OUR PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY? 

    • Yes, we do indeed ship our products internationally.  Our shipping rates are dependent on USPS.  Our prices are exactly what they give us. 

    DO WE ALLOW LOCAL PICK-UP?

    • No, we do not allow local pickup only because our location varies. 

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

    • Since I am still in college all orders will be shipped out Monday morning depending on when you order.  I will frequently be packing your orders and may have the chance to ship it out early. 

    HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE TAKE TO SHIP?

    • Your orders will take 3-4 days to ship depending on your location.  USA and Canada will follow the 3-4 days whereas International orders may take a bit longer. 

    WHERE'S MY TRACKING NUMBER?

    • ​ Your tracking information will be provided when your order has been shipped.  You will receive an email saying your order has been shipped as well your tracking number.

    WHAT IS OUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

    • ​All sales are final.  If your order is wrong please go to  contact  page and fill in your information.  If sizing is an issue we will only exchange it if you return the item.  We can go over everything through email.

    CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PAID?

    • PLEASE check that all of your information and what you ordered right after you order.  If you see something wrong PLEASE contact us ASAP.  If your order has shipped and your address is wrong, we can't do anything about it.  If sizing is an issue after your order has been shipped then check our return & exchange policy above.

    HOW OFTEN WILL WE ADD NEW ITEMS?

    • Subiclan & Co. will start out with a few products. We hope that you like them and would like to continue to grow.  We have certain products lined up for each season/month and hope to add certain parts to go along with each season.  (The parts won't be related to the season/month)
